Please note that for all bookings (including flight, hotel, car rental, and other services) are generally NOT ALLOW for amendment or cancellation with a full refund. All amendments OR cancellation is subject to our service providers' terms and conditions, availability, and penalty. Any additional fare differences are to be bear by the customer.

Mayflower Holidays Sdn. Bhd. reserves the absolute right to charge you an administration fee of not more than RM100 per person to cover the administration costs incurred by Mayflower Holidays Sdn Bhd for all amendments or cancellation.

In the event of cancellation, the refund amount will be in the form of "Travel Wallet". Any handling fees incurred are non-refundable. For bookings made with "Travel Credit", Mayflower Holidays Sdn. Bhd. will evaluate the specific case and has the absolute rights to decide should it be refunded.
