The QSuite

 

Movable partitions, extra seat width, generous storage space, ambient mood lighting, and the ability to combine neighbouring seats to turn them into the flagship lie-flat double bed or the quad, means the QSuite is a personal space fully adaptable to you and your companions’ requirements. The quad configuration of QSuite allows colleagues, friends or families travelling together to transform their space into a social area, so they can work, dine and socialize together at 40,000 feet. And when privacy is needed, the QSuite can be transformed back into a private room for ultimate privacy and comfort.

 

 

 

 

The Seats

 

QSuite is the first-ever cabin to offer aft and forward-facing seats, taking cabin innovation to an entirely new level. Each seat rests in an individual pod with a closing door, creating a "suite" with an open top. The seats are designed in Qatar’s signature colours of burgundy and grey, enhanced with elegant and warm rose gold detailing, and have been thoughtfully dressed in the latest and finest fabrics to optimise comfort. The media panel also comes with an all-access power port, with USB, HDMI and NFC capabilities for your convenience.

 

 

 

The Comfort

 

For extra comfort during long-haul night flights, travellers flying in and out of Kuala Lumpur with QSuite will get to enjoy the bespoke turn down service complete with 100 percent cotton sleeper suits and slippers  sleepwear and slippers from the White Company, pillows, quilted mattress pads, a plush duvet, and a Do Not Disturb indicator that keeps flight attendants from shaking you awake for breakfast two hours too soon.

 

 

 

The Amenities

 

Qatar Airways partnered with two Italian luxury brands BRIC’s and Castello Monte Vibiano to provide an amenity kit with a range of skin care products and in-flight necessities that are designed exclusively to ensure all passengers arrive fresh at their destinations.

Qatar Airways is offering a staggering choice of up to 4,000 inflight entertainment options on board its flights, providing its passengers with one of the world’s largest and best inflight entertainment libraries in Business Class. Also, Qatar Airways Onyx system features state-of-the-art communication through OnAir mobile service. Once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet, passengers can enjoy the flexibility of sending and receiving SMS or MMS messages, email, or browse the internet over smartphone or laptop using OnAir GSM or Wi-Fi service onboard to stay in touch with everyone on the ground.

The Route 

 

Kuala Lumpur finally gets the award-winning QSuite, starting 15 July 2019, on flights QR 844 and QR845. The availability of QSuite on Kuala Lumpur flights will enhance the way people travel to and from Kuala Lumpur. Qatar Airways first launched service to Malaysia in December 2001, and currently operates a triple-daily service to Kuala Lumpur. It then launched its service to Penang, in February 2018 and flies there four-times weekly. Also, Langkawi will be added to Qatar Airways’ global route network later this year.
