To keep your mind occupied and lessen the boredom during the CMCO period, why not make plans for your future travels by picking up a new language? Here are 5 free learning resources you need to check out!
Duolingo is one of the most popular language-learning apps out there and extremely beginner-friendly. It offers a variety of games and other creative ways to learn the basics of a language. It comes with a range of languages - even fictional ones like High Valyrian (from the Game of Thrones series) and Klingon (from Star Trek). Just download the app on your smartphone and you’ll be good to go!
Just make sure you don’t forget to keep up with a daily practice - or you’ll get a notification with the Duolingo owl crying! Some users even report the Duolingo owl getting mad, so make sure you don’t let him down!

Another great place is Open Culture - which has 48 language options available. The website has a curated list of all the free language resources available for the language you want to learn. The best part? You even have the option to download mp3 files, thus enabling you to learn the language by listening to the phrases throughout the day without having to go through the same lessons.
